As a Content Ops Assistant, you will:
- Execute Tasks in the operations inbox
- ○ New brand creation
- ○ New offer creation
- ○ Creation of our verification tool
- ○ Offer updates/changes
- ○ Premium Brand hub creation
- ○ Beans ID (10 consumer groups)
- ○ Tracking (overseeing all tracking of our
- offers)
- Assist with code related issues (new codes, testing codes etc)
- Bug management - if bugs spotted across the platform, raising through our bug report process
Non-negotiables
- Attention to detail
- Written communication/english
- Good use of tooling e.g. spreadsheets
- Prioritisation
- Strong work ethos, positive mindset
- Team Player - good at working/communicating with others
- Multi tasking
- Any previous CMS/Admin portal experience is not a requirement but definite advantage
