Your Role:

As a Content Moderation - Agent, You Will

• Review user-generated content (images, videos, text, live streams, and voice) to ensure compliance with community guidelines, local laws, and platform policies.
• Identify and remove illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content, or escalate to higher-level review teams when needed.
• Monitor live or high-risk content and respond promptly to flagged cases.
• Detect patterns or trends in content violations and report insights for continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update lists of regionally sensitive vocabulary and ensure moderation rules align with cultural or regulatory norms.
• Track and report content moderation metrics, including trends, volumes, and violations.
• Collaborate with policy, legal, trust & safety, and cross-functional teams for escalations and updates.
• Stay informed of policy, legislative, and platform changes through regular training and updates.
  
  

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Proficiency in English (reading and writing).
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office or equivalent tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and sound judgment under pressure.
• Reliable computer setup and internet connection (for remote or hybrid setups).
  
  

Preferred skills/expertise

• Previous experience in content moderation, trust and safety, or social media operations.
• Understanding of digital platforms, community guidelines, and online safety standards.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify behavioral patterns and content risks.
• Strong sense of responsibility and cultural awareness in moderating sensitive content.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
