About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Content & Case Management Specialist to craft compelling content for our product listings, manage customer interactions, and ensure the highest standards for our Amazon product ratings and reviews. This role is essential for maintaining our brand reputation and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

• Create and optimize high-converting product listings, including PDPs, storefronts, and branding content, tailored to the Amazon platform.
• Develop engaging multimedia content, including videos and graphics, to showcase product features and benefits.
• Collaborate with the SEO and PPC teams to align content strategies for improved visibility and sales.
  
  

Case Management

• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on Amazon to address concerns, improve ratings, and highlight positive experiences.
• Manage customer support cases and escalations professionally and promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop strategies to reduce negative reviews by proactively resolving customer pain points.Review & Rating Optimization:
• Analyze trends in customer feedback and implement actions to boost product ratings and maintain high review scores.
• Execute follow-up strategies to encourage positive reviews and verified feedback from satisfied customers.
• Work with the team to manage product inserts, emails, and other tools to increase customer engagement and review generation.Category Management:
• Maintain well-organized and optimized product categories to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the PPC and SEO teams to ensure listings are competitive within their categories.Qualifications:
• Experience in content creation, branding, or e-commerce, preferably on Amazon.
• Proven ability to manage and improve Amazon product ratings and reviews.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to handle customer interactions effectively.
• Knowledge of Amazon’s review policies and strategies for review generation.
• Exceptional English writing and organizational skills
