Work Mode: 3 months onsite, work from home afterward - UK Time Zone (3:30 PM to 12:30 AM Manila time)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize content, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, and multimedia assets.
- Create, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns using provided copy and assets.
- Proofread and ensure content accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Implement A/B testing and analyze performance data to improve email engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content and email strategies with marketing goals.
- Utilize SEO and industry best practices to enhance content reach and effectiveness.
- Monitor analytics to refine content strategies and email campaign performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience in content creation, email marketing, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing software, design tools, and SEO best practices.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
