Role

In this role, your mission is to maintain flawless content and campaign coordination across top-tier automotive brands. You will make a direct impact by:

• Ensuring accurate data entry and managing NCIS (New Cars In Stock) content for multiple vehicle manufacturers
• Coordinating marketing campaigns and promoting exclusive vehicle offers to the right audiences
• Delivering exceptional client support via email, call, and chat
  
  
  

This Role Is for You If…

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management
• Background in client-facing roles with data entry or customer support
  
  
  

Technical Skills

• Strong communication skills—written and verbal
• Familiarity with content management systems and digital admin tasks
• Working knowledge of visual and brand consistency principles
  
  
  

Non-Negotiables

• Impeccable attention to detail, especially with data accuracy
• Comfortable working day shift (6 AM–3 PM PH Time), Monday to Friday
• Based in Cebu (onsite) or outside Cebu (WFH setup)
  
  
  

Bonus Points

• Experience or strong interest in the automotive industry
• Visual thinking and basic knowledge of web design principles
