A Content Analyst - Korean uses specific language and / or market knowledge and skills to deliver on customer / business requirements and assist in the resolution of client data issue cases, whilst holding responsibility for sourcing, collecting, curating content from financials documents / instruments / feed sources.

Role Responsibilities:
- Work as a part of an agile team that mainly strives to ensure accurate and timely collection of corporate and institutional events content onto LSEG database from publicly listed companies globally
- Aside from handling a dedicated portfolio of companies, team members will get equal opportunities to hone both technical and soft skills by collaborating closely and by establishing positive relationships with global and internal partners to effectively achieve common goal
- The scope of responsibilities extends to supporting external and internal clients by taking ownership of data queries
- Promote continuous improvement through research and analysis of queries/data quality control measures and seek efficiencies in work practices to achieve automation and streamline end-to-end work process
- Drive adaptability by testing and supporting new database, applications tools, workflows, and other innovation projects
- Train new analysts on data collection procedures and all other relevant workflow
- Collaborate with and assist senior colleagues in implementing workflow-related changes within the team
- Korean language proficiency is a key requirement for this role
- Good English spoken and written communication skills
- English reading and listening comprehension skills
- Basic understanding and working knowledge of MS Office applications with proficiency in MS Excel
- Willingness to learn about Financial Markets and FinTech industry
- Possessing computer languages such as Microsoft SQL, Power Apps, and/or Python is an added advantage
- Attention to detail
- Time management (to meet targets efficiently)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Must be willing to work on any shift (morning shift/mid shift/graveyard shift)
