Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely responses.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, questions, and service issues.
  • Educate customers on products, services, and available resources.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to uphold service standards.

Requirements:

  • Previously handled inbound calls for healthcare accounts.
  • Having experience in scheduling or appointment setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • SO2 and/or SO3 is preferred but not required.
  • Willing to work onsite at our office in Lipa, Batangas.
