Qualifications:
• Preferably College Graduate
• At least 6 Months BPO experience is preferred
• Basic knowledge of computer usage and internet navigation
• Good to excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule, weekends and holidays
• No prior commitments to other company or currently studying
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Job Description:
• Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Handle in-bound/out-bound calls to set up and address appointment inquiries in a timely manner.
• Use good judgment to handle difficult situations.
• Consistent documentation of all calls accurately.
• Timely distribution of emails to all parties requiring assistance.
• Constant demonstration of a positive attitude on every call.
