Consumer Onboarding Associate

Overview: Consumer Onboarding Associate shall contribute to the processing of certain bank-related product applications. They shall exhibit proactiveness in identifying pain points and challenges in the overall process. They must be able to work on a fast-paced environment while still able to meet SLA and perform proper due diligence. The role requires a graduate of business course and preferably with experience in fintech or financial institution.

What you will be doing:

• Perform customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence (if applicable) on customer applications.
• Post-validation of customer information, documents, and other requirements, as needed.
• Updating of all relevant trackers for reporting purposes.
• Proactive and accurate monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Process improvements and collaboration with cross-functional teams for product and process automation.
• Active participation in process improvement brainstorming, user acceptance testing, and implementation of new tools and/or process improvement involving Operations Team.

What we are looking for:

• Graduate of any 4-year business course.
• With experience on customer onboarding in Fintech or any Financial Institution for at least 3 years, preferably with an understanding of KYC regulations and industry best practices.
• Has excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough research and analyze complex information.
• Possesses a keen eye for detail.
• Comfortable working with numbers and able to generate insightful and accurate reports.
• Highly adaptable and flexible, able to work within a group or as an individual contributor.
