Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business goals, increase market share, and enhance brand positioning.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive growth.
- Manage strategic special projects within the e-commerce marketing domain to achieve business objectives and drive brand growth; manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI
- Collaborate closely with cross-function departments to execute integrated marketing projects, ensuring clear target and conversion metrics at the project level.
- Coordination and management of agency relationships, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and timelines; oversee paid media campaigns and manage social media presence.
- Enhance the understanding of the Philippine e-commerce market strategy, stay informed about industry trends, and ensure marketing activities are competitive and responsive to market changes and consumer demands
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and trend forecasting to stay ahead in the e-commerce space.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the online marketplace.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of experience demonstrating strong integrated marketing skills, developing content and media strategies that are aligned with project objectives.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platform brand marketing strategies is mandatory.
- Effective project management abilities, adept at coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects launch on time according to specified timelines.
- Possesses extensive local market resources, proficient in social media marketing and entertainment marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating and managing relationships with external marketing agencies.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
