Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the construction process from start to finish.
- Ability to manage multiple housing units
- Coordinate with employer, client's representatives.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues.
- Manage project budget and timeline.
- Provide regular updates to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Proficient in using computer software and creating project documents (schedules, budgets, reports).
- Can start as early as first week of November 2024
