The Construction Engineer is responsible for:
- Prepare investment summaries (SP/CD).
- Manage pre-bid process and project execution planning.
- Develop and order conslists/syslists.
- Schedule OSM deliveries.
- Lead and facilitate pre-construction meetings and quality orientations.
- Review construction plans.
- Oversee construction management.
- Resolve RFICs.
- Lead project meetings.
- Conduct inspections and deficiency checks.
- Conduct pre-opening quality audit.
- Monitor project closeout.
- Approve contractor billings.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Must have 2–3 years of experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fast-food construction
- Must be a licenced Engineer or Architect.
- Knowledgeable in construction methods, project management, and quality audits
- Proficient in local building codes
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Willing to travel and manage multiple projects in Metro South and South Luzon areas
- Willing to report in Ortigas, Pasig once a week.
