What You'll Do
- Create customer state job board accounts when needed.
- Work with clients, via email, to correct escalated non-working state job board accounts.
- Basic communications, via email, with customers when needed.
- Run or create ad hoc reports. Send reports to customers or other JobTarget employees when needed.
- Follow-up and document resolution of issues.
- Research, via email, local outreach partners when needed.
- Give regular status updates on tasks being performed.
- Other special projects and tasks as assigned.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Highly organized and has excellent problem solving skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and issues
