- Responsible for monitoring and securing business permits and local excise tax.
- Reviews the current approved and documented policies and procedures of the company pertaining to compliance activities and determines the gaps against applicable laws and regulations and industry-leading practices to identify areas of improvement.
- Ensures compliance with various regulations issued by the DENR and other relevant government agencies.
- Ensure delivery receipts and extraction fees from the Provincial Government and Natural Resources Office (PGENRO) and Mines and Bureau (MGB).
- Responsible for studying and familiarizing the existing and new legislative relations, ensuring that the company is compliant.
- Any other task assignment or project, as maybe determined by the legal head or legal compliance manager, where the interest of the company is directly or indirectly involved.
