About The Client

A real estate firm specializing in assessing, analyzing, managing, and disposing of Manufactured Housing Communities that provide full-spectrum services, including private owners, banks, and local and national special servicers.

Job Activities

  • Organizing large quantities of documents
  • Auditing data
  • Tracking and executing work to be completed at a large volume
  • Searching for bills on various websites across the US for 130 properties
  • Completing title applications
  • Tracking large volumes of data

Schedule: GRAVEYARD SHIFT

  • Daylight saving: 20:30 to 05:30 Manila time
  • Standard time: 21:30 to 06:30 Manila time

Equipment Minimal Requirements

  • Operating systems: Windows 10/11 or MacOS
  • CPU: 1.8 GHz
  • RAM: 2 GB
  • Hard drive: 128 GB (preferably Solid State Drive)
  • 50 Mbps Internet speed

Minimum Requirements

  • Advanced English level (speaking and written)
  • 3 years of experience as a transaction coordinator, paralegal, mortgage agent, or similar.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Used to meet deadlines.
  • Feel comfortable working in a heavy volume.
