Job Activities
- Organizing large quantities of documents
- Auditing data
- Tracking and executing work to be completed at a large volume
- Searching for bills on various websites across the US for 130 properties
- Completing title applications
- Tracking large volumes of data
- Daylight saving: 20:30 to 05:30 Manila time
- Standard time: 21:30 to 06:30 Manila time
- Operating systems: Windows 10/11 or MacOS
- CPU: 1.8 GHz
- RAM: 2 GB
- Hard drive: 128 GB (preferably Solid State Drive)
- 50 Mbps Internet speed
- 13th Month
- Monthly bonus for medical care of $1,400 PHP
- Holiday bonus (8h bonus for every Philippine holiday)
- Advanced English level (speaking and written)
- 3 years of experience as a transaction coordinator, paralegal, mortgage agent, or similar.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Used to meet deadlines.
- Feel comfortable working in a heavy volume.
