Your Role

As a Compliance Auditor, you will:

• Conduct multiple risk consulting, audit and assurance engagements with a specific emphasis on compliance with rules and methods within various schemes in the energy, climate change and sustainability field.
• Assist in developing advice and providing assurance on ESG and sustainability reporting under frameworks and standards such as
• IFRS Sustainability Standards, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD);
• Maintain strong budgetary discipline ensuring there are no major over runs. Ability to plan effective and realistic budgets;
• Performs technical and operational reviews for a range of clients with differing risk profiles;
  
  

What You Need

• 2+ years assurance or technical advisory experience preferably within Professional Services or a relevant industry position
• Understanding of environment and energy compliance and reporting requirements and legislation
• Strong understanding of risk management (risk assessment, mitigation and remediation) and the ISO 31000 Risk Management Standard
• Strong understanding of effective governance processes and controls, including compliance operational and performance focused reviews
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio
