We're Hiring: Compliance Assistant-Admin!
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Assistant-Admin to support our compliance team in ensuring adherence to regulations and internal policies. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, assisting with audits, and fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.
Location: Mandaluyong or Bacolod Philippines
Work Mode: Work From Office
Role: Compliance Assistant-Admin
What You'll Do
Maintain ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and SOC2 compliance with ISMR and IT Manager. Implement security standards across teams. Develop improvement plans and update policies. Ensure compliance processes are documented. Support internal audits and vulnerability testing. Assist in implementing security measures. Resolve audit non-conformities promptly. Manage trouble and change management tickets. Complete assigned tasks on time. Update technical documentation and conduct employee training. Perform additional related duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field. Strong written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of ISO, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and SOC2 compliance. Understanding of information security best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
