About The Role
This is a full-time Compliance Analyst position based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila at iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc., a leading provider of call centre and customer service solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring the company's operations adhere to all relevant compliance and regulatory requirements.
What you'll be doing
Monitor and review customer interactions and communications to assess compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Identify and investigate any potential compliance breaches or issues, and recommend corrective actions
Develop and implement compliance training programs for customer service agents to enhance their understanding of relevant laws and regulations
Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations and industry best practices related to customer service and compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance challenges and improve overall quality assurance
Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting on compliance activities and outcomes
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance or quality assurance role, preferably within a call centre or customer service environment
Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards governing customer interactions and data privacy
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address compliance risks
Proficient in data analysis and report generation to track and communicate compliance performance
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide effective training and collaborate with teams
Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team
