Compliance Analyst plays a critical role in supporting compliance, audit readiness, and process integrity across the portfolio. This position is responsible for conducting audits, verifying adherence to documented procedures, and ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of lease data.

About the Role:
- Verify adherence to documented procedures and ensure proper disposal of sensitive portfolio information.
- Confirm completion of mandatory training (e.g., Code of Conduct, Modern Slavery) and validate required clauses in lease contracts (e.g., Anti-bribery).
- Audit samples to confirm accuracy of critical lease data and ensure centralized, accessible records for compliance and reporting.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and plans related to internal assurance activities.
- Provide additional reporting and analysis as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Risk, Accountancy, or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience, preferably in real estate or lease administration within the financial sector.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills; detail-oriented and results-driven.
- Effective in both individual and team settings; good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- High integrity, responsible, positive, people-oriented, and eager to learn and improve.
