Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Preferably with experience in Compensation and Benefits
- Detail oriented and flexible, able to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Application such as MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Administers various employee benefit programs.
- Prepares and communicates information to employee about benefits programs, changes and government-mandated disclosures.
- Prepares government statutory reports and ensures compliance in terms of remittance deadlines.
- Ensures compliance with all labor and benefit laws and stays current on regulatory changes.
- Resolves conflicts with benefit providers for the purpose of validating enrollment eligibility and processing claims.
- Process and ensures that each regular employee and dependent (when applicable) are provided with their corresponding benefit for Life and Medical Insurance.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with provider companies in order to stay up to date on policies and offer employees the best possible options.
- Administers and monitors company leave credits to be provided to employees during eligibility period.
- Updates policies and procedures to align with the mandated benefits by the government and the company.
- Answers employee queries on compensation and benefit matters.
- Performs other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
