Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably with experience in Compensation and Benefits
  • Detail oriented and flexible, able to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Application such as MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administers various employee benefit programs.
  • Prepares and communicates information to employee about benefits programs, changes and government-mandated disclosures.
  • Prepares government statutory reports and ensures compliance in terms of remittance deadlines.
  • Ensures compliance with all labor and benefit laws and stays current on regulatory changes.
  • Resolves conflicts with benefit providers for the purpose of validating enrollment eligibility and processing claims.
  • Process and ensures that each regular employee and dependent (when applicable) are provided with their corresponding benefit for Life and Medical Insurance.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with provider companies in order to stay up to date on policies and offer employees the best possible options.
  • Administers and monitors company leave credits to be provided to employees during eligibility period.
  • Updates policies and procedures to align with the mandated benefits by the government and the company.
  • Answers employee queries on compensation and benefit matters.
  • Performs other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
