Awesome CX by Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be a Company Nurse for our Awesome CX by Transcom Davao site. This role will focus on providing general first aid, assesses, and identifies health risks, observe working conditions and improving the health of employees utilizing his/her medical training and clinical experience.

Company Nurses are Registered Nurses (RNs) who practice in the workplace of a company or organization outside of healthcare institutions. They provide general first aid, assesses, and identifies health risks, observe working conditions and improving the health of employees utilizing his/her medical training and clinical experience.

Primary responsibilities:

• Develop and implement health and safety programs.
• Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
• Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.

What we are looking for:

• Must be a Registered Nurse (PRC Licensed)
• Preferably with at least 6 months of work experience as a Hospital/Clinic Nurse or Company Nurse.
• Must have certifications in Basic Life Support and First Aid Training
• With good communication skills both verbal and written
• With good attention to details
• Flexible and dependable
• Willing to be assigned and to be rotated across all ACX sites
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Willing to provide assistance during company events such as Sports Fest, YEP, Fun Run, island hopping and team building activities with clients
• Has basic knowledge on Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
