- Conduct patient assessments and document health histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

- Valid nursing license (LPN/RN) in [Your State].
