In this role, you will be responsible for providing immediate medical attention, managing employee health concerns, and supporting occupational safety programs. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a healthy, safe, and productive work environment for all.
What you will do as a Company Nurse
Clinic Nurse Responsibilities
- Provide first aid, monitor vital signs, conduct health interviews, and dispense medication.
- Assess employee health and recommend return-to-work or send-home decisions.
- Refer to or transport employees to hospitals when needed.
- Maintain medical inventory and process purchase requests to ensure supply availability.
- Conduct home visits for chronic or long-term sick employees.
- Keep confidential medical records up to date.
- Prepare and submit health reports to management and relevant agencies.
- Handle HMO and insurance concerns Human Capital and providers.
- Review pre-employment/annual medical results and coordinate with Recruitment.
- Manage work-related health cases, investigations, and follow-ups.
- Work with Company Physician, Safety Officer, and Occupational Health Doctor for treatment and DOLE compliance.
- Enforce clinic policies and procedures.
- Support special projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related healthcare field is required.
- Must hold a valid Professional License (Registered Nurse) in accordance with national regulatory standards.
- Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety Officer (COSH) is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Experience in clinical or occupational health settings is an advantage.
