Overview

Position Summary:

As a Part-Time Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and safeguarding the health and well-being of our employees. What Will You Do

  • Provide healthcare services, including first aid, medical evaluations, and emergency

response, while demonstrating critical thinking and excellent bedside manner.

  • Manage clinic operations, maintain medical supplies, validate certificates, and ensure

accurate medical record-keeping.

  • Lead health initiatives, disseminate health bulletins, and conduct safety walks to ensure

protocol adherence.

  • Promote and oversee employee participation in evacuation drills, preparing postmortem reports.
  • Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and DOLE standards, ensuring compliance

through monitoring and corrective actions.

  • Organize safety training sessions and implement hazard control and industrial hygiene

programs.

  • Assess workplace risks, recommend corrective measures, and coordinate with local

authorities on OSH requirements.

  • Maintain updated safety organizational charts, OSH permits, and ensure compliance

documentation is current.

  • Generate and consolidate weekly and monthly clinic and OSH reports

What You Will Need

  • Education: Registered Nurse with clinical or bedside experience.
  • Experience: Preferably in a BPO setup.
  • Certifications: BOSH Training and BLS Training preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Work Schedule: Amenable to working night shifts.
  • Work Location: Bacolod City, Philippines
  • Type of Work: Part-Time (4-hour shifts).

absenteeism, fostering a safer environment.

encourage a culture of well-being.

  • Efficient Health Monitoring: Implementing systems to track employee health trends

and ensure timely interventions.

  • On-Site and Off-Site Availability: Providing immediate response to health emergencies

and timely health assessments.

  • Collaborative Approach: Partnering with HR and management to align health strategies

with organizational goals.

  • Specialized Training: Delivering health talks on various topics to empower employees

and management.

  • Evidence-Based Practice: Staying updated on the latest research to ensure high-quality,

effective healthcare services
