Position Title: Company Driver

Work Set Up: On-site

Schedule: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM PHT

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark, Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

The Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of personnel, documents, and goods as required by the company. This role requires a high level of responsibility, road safety awareness, and familiarity with various routes, including occasional long-distance trips to Metro Manila and nearby provinces.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely operate company-assigned vehicles for scheduled pickups, deliveries, and personnel transport.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle at all times.
• Comply with traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
• Transport goods and materials securely, ensuring items are properly documented and accounted for.
• Coordinate with the Logistics Team Lead and relevant departments regarding transport schedules and requirements.
• Keep accurate trip logs, mileage records, and fuel usage reports.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods or supplies when necessary.
• Report any incidents, delays, or vehicle issues immediately.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during official trips.
• Participate in scheduled vehicle maintenance and service appointments.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid professional driver’s license (at least Restriction Codes 1, 2; 3 and motorcycle driving capability required).
• At least 2 years of professional driving experience; corporate or logistics driving experience preferred.
• Proficient in operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles and motorcycles.
• Familiarity with Metro Manila routes and key provincial road networks.
• Good physical condition and endurance for long-distance driving.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and customer service orientation.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Driving in varying road and traffic conditions, including long-distance and nighttime trips.
• Occasional exposure to heat, rain, or other weather conditions during deliveries or outdoor assignments.
• May require lifting or handling of lightweight to moderately heavy goods.
