Job Description
- Create and implement a social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Ensure content creation is data-driven and consistent across platforms, using insights for optimization.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns, including boosting budget allocation, to maximize ROI.
- Foster audience interaction, brand loyalty, and customer relationships.
- Track key performance metrics, analyze data, and refine strategies for better results.
- Drive social media audience growth and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices.
- Provide actionable reports and recommendations to improve performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking, measuring, and optimizing social media performance.
- Proficiency in using data insights to guide content strategy, audience targeting, and campaign improvements.
- Experience with social media analytics tools to assess engagement and ROI.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively.
- Takes initiative, drives projects forward, and ensures successful execution.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is focused on achieving measurable success.
