  • Establishes facilities needed for the mine rehabilitation program in the project site.
  • Implement Mining Forest Program of the company and adaptation of sites for the National Greening Programs and DENR.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the Central Nursery at Mining Sites.
  • Maintains and keeps mine rehabilitation records.
  • Lead environmental incident investigation and devise implement corrective actions and mitigating measures.
  • Implement project site's devised rehabilitation programs, environmental mitigating measures, and action plans.
  • Prepares compliance and monitoring reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.) and facilities its timely submission.
  • Makes material and financial requests for the implementation of rehabilitation activities.
  • Ensures timely acquisition and renewal of environmental permits, and other necessary clearances for waste management.
  • Closely coordinates with Area MEPEO Supervisor for the preparation of annual budget and schedule of rehabilitation activities and audits.
  • Closely coordianates with Mine Rehabilitation Supervisor on the data management for report preparation.
  • Strictly follows standard operating procedures and ensures safety of the mine rehabilitation team during rehabilitation and other related activities.
  • Supervises Mine Rehabilitation Aides.
  • Other duties that maybe assigned by the immidiate supervisor.
