About This Role:
We’re looking for a people-first, highly organized Community Manager to support one of our growing e-commerce clients. This role is split 50/50 between Customer Support and Influencer Management. You’ll be managing CX tickets via Zendesk and engaging with customers across DMs and ad comments, while also helping grow and manage a network of influencers and affiliates. If you're the kind of person who thrives in a fast-moving remote team and loves connecting with people online, this might be the perfect fit. If things go well, there’s room for this role to grow into a full-time Influencer Manager position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and outreach potential influencers and affiliates at scale
- Manage influencer and affiliate relationships, including follow-ups and campaign coordination
- Handle customer support tickets via Zendesk with empathy and efficiency
- Respond to DMs, ad comments, and social media engagement in a timely, brand-aligned manner
- Support the full-time influencer manager with coordination tasks
- Track and organize influencer campaign performance and feedback
- Flag common CX concerns and escalate urgent issues when needed
- Monitor and moderate community conversations across platforms
- Contribute ideas for improving influencer collaboration and CX flows
- Provide weekly reports on influencer metrics and customer engagement trends
Software/Platforms/Tools:
- Zendesk
- Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
- Google Sheets or Excel (for reporting)
- Influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Upfluence, Aspire, or similar)
- Slack
- Loom
- Google Workspace
Qualifications:
- At least 3–5 years of freelancing experience
- Strong English communication skills (C1–C2 proficiency)
- Proven experience managing influencer and affiliate partnerships at scale
- Prior background in customer support, preferably using Zendesk
- Familiarity with managing social DMs and ad comment sections
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities across CX and influencer work
- Data-literate with the ability to track and report basic metrics
- Experience working remotely in a fast-paced team environment
- Growth mindset and a proactive, team-player attitude
Shift Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US PST
