Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Community Manager to drive our client's community engagement strategy, lead product and deal research, and manage team coordination across marketing and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of influencer relations, community-building, and product trends, as well as the analytical skills to track performance and report results effectively. Must be willing to work from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Ukrainian Time (Monday to Friday).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Coordination
    • Utilize Slack for team communication, task assignments, and project updates
    • Ensure alignment across team efforts by coordinating tasks, setting deadlines, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
  • Community Engagement
    • Engage actively on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn) to foster relationships within relevant groups and with potential partners
  • Influencer & Partnership Outreach
    • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and brand partners using tools like Influencity or AspireIQ
  • Product & Deal Research
    • Conduct in-depth research on trending products and emerging categories using tools such as Google Trends and Jungle Scout
  • Performance Analytics & Reporting
    • Monitor engagement metrics across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to assess community interaction
Key Tools:

  • Slack: For team communication and task coordination
  • Facebook Groups and LinkedIn: Engage with communities, relevant groups, and potential partners
  • Influencity or AspireIQ: Connect with and manage relationships with influencers
  • Google Trends and Jungle Scout: Identify trending products and popular categories
  • Buffer or Hootsuite: Schedule content across multiple platforms to align with community engagement
  • Social Media Analytics: Track community engagement metrics on Instagram, Facebook, etc
  • Google Data Studio: Consolidate and present performance data for monthly reports
  • Google Workspace: Collaborate on documentation, reporting, and team communication

Requirements

  • Proven experience in community management, product research, or social media marketing
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnership development
  • Proficient in using social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting
  • Excellent communication, organization, and team coordination skills
