• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field


• 3+ years of solid community management experience


• Experience with community management platforms


• Strong understanding of community metrics and KPIs


• Excellent written and verbal communication


• Background in customer success or member services


• Experience with event planning and management


• Knowledge of content creation and social media management


• Certifications in Community Management or Digital Marketing are preferred

• Project management

• Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities maybe full-time or part-time.
  
  

• Rate starts at $5 per hour
