Job Description
- In-charge of overall content planning and content curation catered across social media platforms
- Guide the content creators by developing original content ideation and strategy for driving Community engagement
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to produce a cohesive social media content plan
- In-charge of content strategy according to business objectives and mileages promised to brands
- Utilize different social media dashboards and analytic tools to monitor performance and optimize post efficiency
- Monitor competitors & other brands’ content that works for the market
- Monitor user feedback across different social media channels and escalate accordingly
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields
- At least 5 years relevant work experience
- Experience in producing static & video content (including copywriting)
- Conceptualizing and planning social media content including ideation
- Experience managing/leading a social media marketing team
- Strong project management & operational execution abilities
- Keen understanding of social media landscape & Filipino consumer behavior/ preferences
