We're seeking a dynamic and influential Communications & Corporate Affairs Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our corporate reputation and driving impactful advocacy initiatives.
What you will be working on:
As our Communications & Corporate Affairs Partner, you will spearhead initiatives to engage stakeholders, influence policy, and articulate the organization's dedication to advancing health in line with Roche Philippines’ priorities. You will develop and implement strategic communication advocacy and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences, driving our narrative with focused intent and clarity.

- Drive Strategic Vision: Develop and execute integrated communications strategies that advance our key therapeutic areas, strengthen our corporate brand, and enhance our public relations
- Champion Best Practices: Establish and maintain best-in-class communications policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and efficiency across all channels
- Maximize Reach: Leverage Roche Philippines' media channels to their fullest potential, expanding our reach and impact
- Lead Through Challenges: Develop and implement effective crisis communications strategies to protect and enhance our reputation
- Measure Success: Define and utilize key metrics to assess the effectiveness of our communications initiatives, driving continuous improvement
- Influence & Engage: Interact with key external stakeholders, including media, patient groups, policymakers, and academics, to build strong relationships and advance our advocacy goals
- Be a Brand Ambassador: Ensure Roche Philippines is consistently and flawlessly represented in all communications, upholding our commitment to excellence
- Foster Collaboration: Share best practices and identify opportunities to elevate our communications strategies, working collaboratively with teams across the organization
You are a Corporate Communications expert who demonstrates:
- Healthcare Passion: A strong understanding of health and pharmaceutical concepts, universal healthcare, access to medicines, and the building blocks of health, with proven experience in driving related advocacy initiatives
- Strategic Agility: Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. You're a strategic thinker with a knack for systems-level organization
- Leadership Expertise: Senior-level experience in a media, journalism, marketing, or advertising-related field, with at least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and/or managing complex projects
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen including the ability to effectively convey commercial, medical, and customer experience insights to diverse audiences
- Digital & Media Savvy: A solid grasp of offline and online media, digital strategies, and the Philippine healthcare landscape
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English and Filipino, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
- Growth Mindset: A passion for continuous learning and a proactive approach to embracing new challenges
- Drive & Integrity: Self-driven, proactive, and agile, with a high level of accountability and unwavering integrity
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a business, communication or journalism related fields (preferred)
- 5 years or equivalent experience in similar capacity, ideally within the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in English communication
- Computer literacy and proficiency
- People Skills including Influencing and Inspiring
