- Reporting to Global Strategy & Enablement Lead, the communications coordinator will maintain project management tool to track customer facing communications for Digital Realty.
- Coordinate logistics for customer communication activities including scheduling, tracking, creating and internal stakeholder engagement
- Draft internal and external communications, including emails, newsletters, product releases, and sharepoint content.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visual and written content.
- Monitor and report on communications metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Task coordination using Monday.com
- Sharepoint intranet development
- Email Communications Drafting (Using Contact Monkey)
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Familiarity with tools listed above
