About the role

Café Noelle, a modern and vibrant cafe located in San Fernando Pampanga, is seeking a skilled Commissary Cook - Hot Section to join our passionate culinary team. As a full-time Commissary Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing and executing high-quality hot dishes for our cafe, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and cook a variety of hot dishes, including main courses, side dishes, and garnishes, according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain strict food safety and hygiene practices throughout the food preparation process
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Assist in menu planning and development, providing creative input on new dish ideas
• Participate in inventory management and ordering of necessary ingredients
• Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen environment

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commissary Cook or in a similar hot food preparation role
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety regulations, and inventory management
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
