In accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of Chroma Hospitality Inc and Crimson Resort & Spa, Mactan, and under the direct supervision of the Chef De Partie, this position is responsible for contributing to customer delight by cooking and preparing cakes, pies, and other desserts and pastries as required

JOB SUMMARY:
In accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of Chroma Hospitality Inc and Crimson Resort & Spa, Mactan, and under the direct supervision of the Chef De Partie, this position is responsible for contributing to customer delight by cooking and preparing cakes, pies, and other desserts and pastries as required
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Follows measurements and procedures as detailed in the Standard Recipes.
- Ensures that all dessert items are ready for service with the standard preparation time
- Checks the quality of dessert items before preparation.
- Practices maximum flexibility and creativity when dealing with special requests.
- Follows service procedures.
- Checks all gauges, timers, and knobs of machines are functioning properly.
- Reports any equipment malfunctioning immediately to superior.
- Checks all coolers and storage areas for cleanliness, quantity, and quality of food products.
- Maintains cleanliness and stocking of coolers and storage areas.
- Takes proper care of ranges, ovens, utensils and other equipment.
- Follows all instructions of superiors.
- Prepares in making fruit basket for guests.
- Consistently performs in accordance with set levels.
