Job Description
Key Responsibilities for the Commercial Strategy Leader:
- Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and market share.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets; monitor and report on sales performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure successful execution.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and drive sales opportunities.
- Sales Training & Development: Lead training initiatives to enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications For The Commercial Strategy Leader
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in sales or commercial roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Entrepreneurial Mindset
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
