Commercial Finance Manager

• Timely submission of monthly performance report and analysis of business results versus budget and prior year, identifying ways to improve revenues and manage costs.
• Timely delivery of forecasts (budget, rolling forecasts, and flash estimates) and management reports based on agreed due dates. Identify and monitor risks and opportunities.
• Provide timely and proactive financial evaluation, information and advice to enable management to develop and execute plans and make informed decisions.
• Support strategic planning and transformation initiatives, including preparing consolidated financials and providing analysis and sensitivities into the business
• Provide post-marketing activity evaluation/analysis and support to Marketing and Merchandising teams.
• Work closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to drive profitability across categories and major SKUs.
• Lead regular P&L review and analysis by category.
• Ensure appropriate metrics are being used to measure growth for improving profitability, controlling expenses and enhancing productivity

Minimum Qualifications

• BS Accountancy graduate and CPA
• At least 3-year experience in the same field
• Preferably with experience in commercial finance, business partnering, and financial planning
• Adept with preparing financial modeling scenarios
• Amenable to work in Libis Quezon City, near Eastwood
