A Glimpse into Your New Role
  • Offering the Product, plan and sales process advice to salespeople
  • Providing account support to salespeople including account creation, order placement and performing troubleshooting when necessary
  • Completing address checks for salespeople when required
  • Managing customer account ownership as per business zoning rules
  • Providing invoice copies and other account information to Partners
  • Handling commission and claw back enquiries in conjunction with the commissions team
  • Some data order entry and salesforce administration when required
  • Other appropriate tasks and responsibilities as requested by Management
What You’ll Bring
  • At least 1-year BPO experience
  • Has understanding of the Telco Sales processes (Business Sales is preferred but not required)
  • Customer service awareness
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Experience in product presentation
  • Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • Telemarketing and telephone etiquette
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to listen and build rapport
  • Expertise in probing and prospecting
  • Effective objection handling and strong closing skills
