The Collections RCM Analyst II's role is to support collections processes through strategic resource allocation and monitor cost effectiveness of collections strategies and processes.

About The Job

What you will do:

  • Meet and work directly with collections analytics manager to help deliver key collections results
  • Monitor and update collections capacity plan keeping aligned with business goals and budget
  • Manage, extract and analyze information from databases
  • Create tools will automate/optimize/improve existing collection processes
  • Actively monitor collections expenses, investigate and explain source and impact of any occurrences
  • Provide reports and business analysis and insights
  • Support Collections budgeting process

What You Need To Have

  • 1 year+ of professional experience in the field of database systems and analytics
  • Proven business acumen for resource and cost management
  • Practical knowledge of hypothesis testing and usage of typical statistical tests (e.g t-test, ANOVA, etc).
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft office tools.
  • Ability to write in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Knowledge in using R or Python programming.
  • Knowledge and experience with SQL (Oracle).
  • Knowledge in using business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Analytical mind, problem solving, well organized, can be trusted to pay attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with senior management
  • Agile, willingness to work in a fast-paced dynamic work environment
