Job Summary
- Responsible for effective collection and monitoring of 1-60 days delinquent Auto loan accounts and other assigned portfolio through Tele collection processes.
- Daily collection call-outs, negotiation, and email inquiries and requests of assigned work list.
- Handles account analysis and reconciliation including special accounts, BSP complaints.
- May act as an alternate of Section Head in case he/she is not around or available.
- Provides feedback and recommendations to Management Team (Team Leader, Section Head, Department Head or Division Head) and other areas of the business on effectiveness of collection strategies and improvement on prevailing work procedures.
- Graduate of any four-year course, preferably business course.
- Should have a strong knowledge of collection, processes, credit, operations and consumer lending
- At least five (5) years’ experience in credit and collection.
- Firm but not rude, persistent but not harassing, tactful but not over-friendly' honest, hardworking, patient, customer service-oriented, organized and time conscious' flexible and reliable' team player' with leadership skills' scientific and highly analytical. Computer literate and expert both in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace especially in Excel and Sheets.
