Collection Agent (BPO)

NV Group (NVG) is a Financial & Legal Services Group with offices in Pasig, Manila, Sydney & Melbourne, Australia and Auckland, New Zealand. NVG offers credit management, debt collection and legal services to companies such as AGL, Telstra, EA and more.

Role:

The Collection Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with debt collection, communicating with customers thru Outbound, Inbound and Dialler calls, negotiating payments and plans and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Debt Collection skills in an international BPO Setting.
• Strong background in Collection and/or Customer Service handling Telco campaign
• Excellent Communication skills with the ability to articulate effectively and persuasively in both verbal and written formats
• Experience in a similar role is required
• Working knowledge in handling Australian customers is an advantage
