Cold Calling Specialist

As a Cold Calling Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments through outbound calls. Your primary goal will be to engage potential customers, introduce them to our products/services, and schedule meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list
• Introduce company products/services to prospects
• Identify decision-makers and build rapport with key contacts
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Deep voice - must have
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
