The Coffee Roaster is responsible for overall responsible for leading the CMCR Coffee Program and the production and coffee recipe management.

The Coffee Roaster is responsible for overall responsible for leading the CMCR Coffee Program and the production and coffee recipe management.
- Oversees process of sourcing, purchasing, production, quality control, demand planning and development of recipes.
- Responsible for the governance over golden roast parameters and blend recipes.
- Responsible for refining and continuously improving the coffee quality and coffee program of the company.
- With food & beverage related degree, or a barista certification course.
- Must have at least 3-5 year of experience in the coffee industry.
- Has a passion for coffee and drinks.
- Enjoys interacting with people.
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language).
