Position Summary:

The COE Process and System Improvement Specialist will focus on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our global planning operations. This role is essential for driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring best practices are implemented, and maintaining high standards of process and systems management across the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Identify, analyze, and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Identify, analyze, and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement, utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Assist in ensuring that best practices are consistently applied across all planning processes.
  • Training and Development: Help develop and deliver training programs to enhance process knowledge and skills within the team.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assist in establishing metrics and KPIs to monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and improvements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and address process-related needs and challenges.
  • Project Management: Lead and participate in process improvement projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Change Management: Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation of process and system improvements.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process enhancements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in process improvement or a related field.
  • Proven track record of implementing process optimization initiatives.
  • Experience with performance monitoring and KPI establishment.
  • Experience in leading and managing projects
  • Experience working with SAP enterprise solutions, including:
    • SAP S4 Hana and SAP IBP
    • SAP MDG (Master Data Governance)
    • SAP Fiori and other SAP user interfaces
  • Strong understanding of SAP Supply Chain processes and workstream, particularly in areas of like SAP Planning, Production, and Inventory
  • Experience working with SAP IBP and SAP S4 Hana for modules - SAP ePPDS, PP, MM, WM and OTC
  • Good knowledge of SAP master data and transactional data objects that support Planning and understanding of integration with SAP MDG
  • Ability to analyze and solve technical issues and interact with cross-functional team
  • Experience in a global or multinational company.
  • Familiarity with training and development programs.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices for process management and improvement.
  • Experience with data analysis and other productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, JIRA, Smartsheet, Win Shuttle).
