The work:

Skilled Cloud Network Support Engineer with expertise in AWS Networking and Azure Network. Responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing cloud network infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance across cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for cloud network infrastructure, primarily in AWS and Azure.

Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, latency, and security issues within cloud environments.

Configure and maintain VPCs, VPNs, subnets, route tables, and peering connections in AWS.

Manage Azure Virtual Networks (VNet), ExpressRoute, NSGs, and Load Balancers.

Implement and optimize network security policies, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.

Monitor network performance, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement necessary improvements.

Support hybrid cloud networking by integrating on-premises networks with cloud services.

Work with cross-functional teams to support cloud deployments, ensuring seamless connectivity.

Stay updated with the latest cloud networking trends and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.

Here’s what you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or other related fields.

At least 1-2 years’ of experience in AWS and Azure Cloud Operations
