We're Hiring: Clinical Support Specialist!

e are seeking a skilled Medical Coder / Clinical Support Specialistto provideaccuratemedical coding and clinical support across multiple specialties. This role involves applying knowledge of coding systems, clinical workflows, and healthcare regulations to support patient care and revenue cycle processes. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, clinical knowledge, and the ability to deliver clear, consistent support in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Review and audit clinical records to ensure proper code assignment and compliance with payer policies.
  • Assisting in identifying coding discrepancies andrecommendingappropriate resolutions.
  • Collaborate with providers and clinical teams to clarify documentation and coding requirements.
  • Stay up to date with coding guidelines, payer rules, and industry changes.
  • Provide front-line clinical support using structured scripts, protocols, and decision trees.
  • Use memorized scripts to deliver accurate information consistently.
  • Respond to inquiries related to procedures, coverage, documentation, and patient instructions.
  • Escalate complex clinical or documentation issues to leads orappropriate departments.
  • Participate in continuous training and development, including online learning modules.

What We'll Need

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in medical coding and/or clinical support.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical workflows.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with EHR/EMR systems and digital documentation tools.

Preferred/Plus

  • CPC (Certified Professional Coder)
  • Certified Dental Coder (CDC)
  • CMC (Certified Medical Coder)
  • Experience in dental, medical, or multi-specialty coding.
  • Prior experience in a clinical call center or support environment.
