We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Support Representative to provide exceptional support to healthcare professionals and patients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, clinical knowledge, and the ability to handle complex inquiries while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and confidentiality.
Education/Experience/Skills Required
- Minimum of 2-3 years in B2B/client-facing success or support roles (SaaS or healthcare preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication, especially in virtual settings
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience using CRM and ticketing systems to manage customer journeys
- Comfortable educating end users on tool best practices
- Experience supporting physicians or clinical teams
- Must be open to a full onsite work arrangement on a night shift schedule.
