The Client Support Officer is primarily accountable for assisting the BPI Private Wealth officers/clients in managing Private Wealth accounts and/or supporting sub-units
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Supports the Private Wealth RMs in servicing both prospective and existing clients
- Familiar with products and services available in BPI Private Wealth
- A ssists in reminding bankers on their deliverables to ensure timely execution/settlement .
- Checks the completeness and accuracy of the transactions
- Coordinates and monitors the team’s Wealth transactions, document deficiencies and regularization of documents
- Ensures that all team’s transactions were done and requests were already sent to the responsible units
- Assists bankers and acts as alternate officer in absence of PW RMs on client services activities
- Graduate of any four-year business course
- Preferably with Banking Experience or any Operational Experience
- Well versed in MS Office
- Good communications Skills
- T akes responsibility and exercises accountability over transactions
