About the Job


Key Duties:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing proactive support.


Sales Support

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing and updating CRM databases, preparing sales reports, and assisting with sales documentation.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and leads from potential clients in a prompt and professional manner.


Data Management

  • Maintain and update the company's CRM tool with accurate and detailed information.
  • Organize and manage sales data, including leads, contacts, and accounts.


Client Onboarding

  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Provide product information, pricing details, and any other relevant details to potential clients.

Account Management

  • Perform regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and provide assistance as required.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs.


Skills and Experience:


Essential Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (advantageous).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, focusing on client relationship management or a similar role.
  • Experience working with US and Australian clients (preferred).
  • Willingness to work night shifts (11 PM to 8 AM) and flexible hours depending on business needs.

KPIs, Goals, & Targets

  • Forecast Accuracy: 90% accuracy in financial forecasts. We need a crystal ball, but you’ll do.
  • Report Turnaround: Deliver monthly reports within 5 working days after month-end. No procrastination, just execution.
  • Variance Explanations: Be on top of it. Provide explanations for 95% of significant variances (like a detective, but with spreadsheets).
  • Budget Alignment: Achieve 95% budget compliance on projects and departments. Keep the numbers tight.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement at least 3 process improvements per year—because nothing's ever perfect, right?
  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly across departments with a 90% satisfaction rate from internal stakeholders—because teamwork makes the dream work.
