GoTeam is looking for a Client Success Specialist who will be responsible for cultivating relationships with GoTeam’s clients to ensure their satisfaction and success. He/She will serve as the client’s main point of contact for any inquiries and issues and shall proactively support and guide the client to reach their goals.

What You Will Do
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing proactive support.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing and updating CRM databases, preparing sales reports, and assisting with sales documentation.
- Handle incoming inquiries and leads from potential clients in a prompt and professional manner.
- Maintain and update the company's CRM tool with accurate and detailed information.
- Organize and manage sales data, including leads, contacts, and accounts.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Provide product information, pricing details, and any other relevant details to potential clients.
- Perform regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and provide assistance as required.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales with a focus on client relationship management or a similar role, preferably with experience working with US and Australian clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work from 11 PM to 8 AM and flexible hours depending on business needs
